Blue is where things get really interesting. You learn what I like to call the flare shots - spinning back elbows, spinning back kicks, jumping knee and defence gets a bit more interesting too with the addition of parries and catches with the associated counters. In addition, flexibility becomes even more important as you are required to develop your HIGH KICKS! Not everyone is capable of these so work outside of the classes is required if high kicks are what you want to achieve.
