Green Belt is a fantastic belt for progressing you as a kickboxer. As with the other belts you learn some new attacking strikes, these being; straight elbows, the superwoman punch, the side kick and the lead leg mid kick, however it's much more about defence in this belt as we introduce the punch and kick blocks which add to the duck and weave tactics of avoidance in the orange belt! This belt is about moving you past beginner and into intermediate!
